Wellness Program at Hanover


Horner Center

Classes available to the Hanover College community (Faculty, Staff, and Students):

Yoga Classes are offered during the winter semester on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in room 104 of the Horner Center. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided for folks who do not bring their own.

High Intensity Interval Training Sessions are offered on Monday and Wednesday afternoon from 3pm-4pm in the fitness center at Horner.

Zumba is offered from 7:30 to 8:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in room 110/112 of Horner.
