5K Race: Offered once a year on Homecoming, where the participants start at the historical landmark "The Point" and continue through campus down Scenic and back. The participants can either walk or run, with the proceeds go towards supplies for health screens, health improvement incentives, general equipment such as yoga mats, stability balls, etc. It also helps stipend for exercise classes, which allows students to go to different exercise classes during the school year. The cost is $10 for faculty, staff, and students, $15 for people who pre-register, and $20 for the day of race.

Personal Training Program: Offered to faculty, staff, and students. The trainer is a student that is enrolled in 2 of the classes offered at Hanover that focuses on creating personal workouts, and assessing certain things their clients would like to work or improve on their fitness levels. The students are given a client and create workouts for them to do, this allows students to get a chance to experience what it is like to be a personal trainer, while at the same time creating a healthier community.
Weight Watchers: Offered on campus once a week each semester to faculty, staff, and students with a fee required. It is taught by a certified weight instructor, where they help led you in the right direction to eating healthier and exercising properly. The Wellness Program also offers cash incentives for each person who loses a certain amount of weight.
Lunch and Learns: Offered a couple times throughout the year to faculty, staff, and students. Someone comes in and discusses a certain topic that was chosen for the day each time you meet, that helps inform you more of or to help create better habits, whether its eating or exercising. The topics vary from Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Dietary Nutrition, Exercise, and many more.
Health Screenings: Offered for faculty, staff, and students throughout the year. Which includes blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose levels, hydrostatic weighing, BMI, and % Body Fat.
